The hotel enjoys a fantastic location for exploring Cartagena.
During my stay, the noise from the street was unbearable, particularly since my room had no window. There were also mosquitoes in the pool area, which made it uncomfortable for my family. I was frustrated that breakfast didn't include options I requested, and I felt ignored when I couldn't eat due to the lack of condiments.

great location but room lacked natural light
The hotel is centrally located, which made exploring the area easy. The staff members were welcoming and shared helpful tips for nearby restaurants. I appreciated the strong coffee served at breakfast, which gave a nice start to the day. Other guests enjoyed exploring the vibrant neighborhood filled with local eateries just a short walk away.
Our room on the third floor had no window, which felt a bit cramped.

We had an amazing group trip! The hotel offered bike rentals, which were perfect for exploring the nearby vibrant neighborhoods and local cafes. The staff were super friendly and made us feel safe, even when chatting in English. The location was also fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around.
However, one downside was the noise levels, especially on the balcony, which could be pretty loud at night. It did affect our sleep occasionally, so if you're a light sleeper, it might be an issue.

Fantastic location made it easy to explore the vibrant city. surrounded by restaurants and shops. The breakfast, although limited, was freshly made each morning and enjoyable. However, the room I stayed in was quite cramped and lacked a window, which affected the overall ambiance. Warm water for showers was a plus, but the noise from the balcony could be intrusive at times.
